Your role in recovery: "no pain, no gain" does not apply.

If you're in pain right now, you might not want to consider what you'll need to do in order to heal, yet self-care is just as important as anything we do to help you.

Many of our new patients come to us concerned about therapy being painful. Yes, it can be hard work, and you might experience some discomfort after using certain muscles again, but physical therapy should never make you feel worse. We make sure it doesn't through ongoing assessments. Your body's response to the treatments you'll get in the clinic and what you do yourself is the best indicator of how therapy is working. Your feedback lets us know how to adjust your program for improved results.

Remember that your actions every day make the difference in your recovery, and we're here to support you every step of the way.
